Avoid this surgery at all costs!! Even if you are severely ill there’s no chance of getting any appointments they’re all guarded by the very rude reception team. Constantly ringing from 7:30 onwards and never get the chance to get an appointment and the reception team are magically qualified in giving you medical advice?! Used to be a good surgery and now it’s all changed with some new staff who are also very rude. I do not recommend this surgery at all.

I’ve been here for the last 27 years and I have to say this practice is awful now. The only reason I am still here at this practice is because of Dr Sixsmith and the Nurses. This is a poor managed practice with no decent system in place to book an appointment. I am tired of always calling 7:30am and the phone line is busy. There should be a que and a good system.

Shocking, can never get an appointment, whether it's for me or my young son. No open surgery, they just tell everyone to call at the same time for an appointment but what happens then?? You spend 40 mins redialling as constantly engaged to eventually get through and to be told all appointments have gone. When questioning them about this the reception informed me that there weren't actually many calls this morning... if that's the case, how have you managed to get booked up??? Useless

Am waiting in the reception over 2 hours and pass my appointment time and the lady is saying at the reception, the doctor is running late! BULLSHIT!! Seem like everyone else appointment going smoothly on time!
